Sprots Dans la Ville at Harlem RBI

Over the summer 10 RBI youth where chosen to act as ambassadors for 8 students from France. They came from a program called Sports Dans la Ville which means sports in the city. For 11 days we had the opportunity to show our friends from Leon France what teenagers do in America and some of the sights of NY. We even got to go to Club Getaway a great camp with lots of fun activities.

We found out that the French students knew a lot more about us then we knew about French youth. But by the end of the trip we found out a lot about how they live as teenagers and what their lives are like. This was a great time for us. All of the RBI Ambassadors now want to travel and we know a lot about Europe. Also we are keeping in contact with our friends from France.

We hope RBI keeps this program as it has helped us realize how big and wonderful the world is.
