My experience working with the younger kids is really fun. I feel very important because they look up to me, I am like a role model to them. They want to be in our place and play baseball/softball with older people. I like how the kids put big smiles on my face!
I like how they need help so they ask. I enjoy helping the younger kids because they try there best to do better. The kids like to try new things and get really excited. so it makes me happy.
In the summer in CIT I was really happy to see them everyday and when we didn't go I would get sad. I had lots of fun planning activities to work with them. I really enjoy working with these kids.
